The User Agreement and the Terms of Use and Services are not merely legal documents but crucial guidelines that outline the terms and conditions for using BEYOND Experiences’ products and services. By using any of BEYOND EXPERIENCES's sales channels, such as its websites, mobile applications, salespersons, offices, call centers, franchisees, agents, or any other sales channels, any person who inquires or purchases any service agrees to be bound by this User Agreement. The Terms of Service, available on BEYOND EXPERIENCES's website, are the backbone of the various Services offered by BEYOND EXPERIENCES. The User should refer to the applicable Terms of Service for the Service they have booked through the Website.
To use BEYOND EXPERIENCES's Services, it is a strict requirement that the User must be at least 21 years old and have the legal authority to enter into an agreement.

Responsibility of User

Account related Information
To register, create a confidential password. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login details and notifying us of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use. Do not use another's account. Your personal data will be used according to our Privacy Policy. Keep it accurate and up-to-date and give the necessary approvals.

The user acknowledges that BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the inability to access or use the website.
The user authorizes BEYOND EXPERIENCES's representative to contact them for marketing purposes through phone calls, SMS text messages, and email. This consent supersedes any previously set preferences, including the DNCR Registry or similar options.
Payments and applicable fee.
The User is responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and assessments arising from using the Service.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES may charge convenience fees and reserves the right to modify any fees. Any such fees will be displayed to the User before the booking is confirmed.
If there is a short charge owing to a technical error or other reason, BEYOND EXPERIENCES can deduct the balance amount from the User. If the price increases due to taxes, the User must bear the increased cost.
If a booking is not confirmed, BEYOND EXPERIENCES will process the refund of the booking amount paid by the User.
Refunds will be processed to the respective account from which payment was made. Booking(s) made by the User through BEYOND EXPERIENCES are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES offers various modes of payment, such as Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Gift Cards. The user may use any money deposited in the BEYOND EXPERIENCES wallet solely to make payments for bookings.
Communication details of the User by Beyond Experiences
BEYOND EXPERIENCES will send booking information via SMS, WhatsApp, voice call, e-mail, or any other communication mode provided by the user at booking time. However, BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not responsible for the receipt of this information.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES may also contact the user through the same modes of communication for any pending or failed bookings.
Communication will be 'transactional' and in compliance with the guidelines of the relevant authority.
Insurance
Users are responsible for obtaining sufficient insurance coverage unless BEYOND EXPERIENCES explicitly provides it.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not liable for any claims arising from the absence of coverage.
Insurance is subject to third-party company terms and conditions if offered.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES is a facilitator, and the user should contact the insurer directly for claims and disputes.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not liable for partial acceptance or denial of claims.
Visa
Users must obtain all necessary visas for international bookings made through BEYOND EXPERIENCES.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not liable for issues arising from visa requirements and will not refund any amount due to the absence or denial of a visa.
Refunds, if applicable, will be as per the booking and cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
Force Majeure
BEYOND EXPERIENCES and Service Providers may be unable to honor bookings due to reasons beyond their control like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, a pandemic, an epidemic, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. .
If BEYOND EXPERIENCES has advance knowledge of any such situations, BEYOND EXPERIENCES will try to provide alternatives or refund the booking amount after deducting service charges.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES cannot be held responsible for any such circumstances.
Right to refusal
BEYOND EXPERIENCES can refuse bookings without giving reasons. Users must pay in full before receiving services or booking details.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES may limit, warn, suspend, or terminate users' registration if they breach the User Agreement or applicable law, cannot verify user-provided information, or believe that user actions may infringe third-party rights or cause liability.
If a user's registration is suspended or terminated, they cannot re-register or use the website until reinstated by BEYOND EXPERIENCES.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES can recover amounts due and take legal action if users breach the User Agreement.
Users cannot send objectionable content, violate third-party intellectual property rights, send spam, or breach User Agreement terms.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES may take legal action against users who violate these terms.
Right to refusal by service provider:
The Service Provider may refuse to provide the service(s) booked through BEYOND EXPERIENCES. The refusal can be due to behavioral issues, health hazards, government orders, or public safety.
The Service Provider is solely responsible for any liability from such refusal.
Any claims, refunds, damages, or losses must be directed towards the Service Provider, not BEYOND EXPERIENCES.
Right To Cancel
The user must provide accurate information. Misrepresentation may disqualify them from availing services.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES may cancel bookings without notice if unauthorized, incorrect, or misrepresented.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Bookings may be canceled, without notifying the user if judicial, quasi-judicial, investigation agency or government authority approaches Beyond Experiences.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES may deny/cancel bookings to safeguard interests and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such measures.
Fake calls, spamming or fraudulent activities
BEYOND EXPERIENCES will never ask for your sensitive information such as credit/debit card details, login credentials, or request a fund transfer to a personal account. Please be cautious and do not share confidential information with anyone claiming to be from BEYOND EXPERIENCES. Beware of fraudulent requests asking you to install third-party applications that enable screen viewing. This could lead to financial losses. Legitimate organizations never make such requests.

We are not responsible for any related loss or damage.
Indemnification
The user agrees to hold BEYOND EXPERIENCES and its affiliates harmless from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from using the Services, violating the User Agreement, breaching representation, warranty, or covenant, or violating applicable law.
The User is solely responsible for complying with country-specific rules and regulations and the general code of conduct. BEYOND EXPERIENCES shall not be liable for any breach of the aforementioned.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the Services, Website, or Sales Channel. However, the maximum liability of BEYOND EXPERIENCES under this User Agreement is limited to the booking amount paid.
Miscellaneous
This User Agreement shall be governed by UAE law, and any disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES has the authority to modify the User Agreement periodically. As a User, it's your responsibility to review the User Agreement regularly to stay updated about the changes we make. These modifications are binding on you, and your continued use of the Website after any such changes are posted will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
Any information identified by BEYOND EXPERIENCES as confidential must be kept confidential by the User. It should not be disclosed unless it is required by law or necessary to fulfill the obligations of both parties as per this User Agreement.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Airlines terms
Airline tickets on our website are subject to the terms & conditions of the airline. BEYOND EXPERIENCES only enables users to book flights; the contract is between the user and the airline. Different tickets may have different restrictions and prices. Airlines can reschedule, change or cancel flights without notifying BEYOND EXPERIENCES.
We are not liable for any loss. The airline determines the baggage allowance. Some fares don't include check-in baggage. Contact the airline for detailed costs.
Some airlines have "code share" agreements where they partner with another airline to fly to a destination instead of operating the flight themselves. If your flight is a code share, you will be informed during the booking process. BEYOND EXPERIENCES will disclose any such code-share arrangements to the users only if Beyond Experiences receives the information from the ticketing airline.
The total price on the payment page includes base fare, taxes, and a convenience fee. Pay the full amount before we confirm your booking. We may cancel your booking if you don't pay the full amount. You're responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees on the travel date.
Users must have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, and identity proof to travel. BEYOND EXPERIENCES is not responsible for any inability to travel due to a lack of valid documents.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES provides only advisory information about travel documents, and it cannot be considered conclusive. The user is responsible for verifying travel requirements with the respective airlines of the jurisdictions they transit or visit.
Users should check with airlines for check-in timings.
All passengers must carry valid identification, passports, and age proofs.
If the user fails to board the onward flight, the airline will automatically cancel the entire passenger's name record (PNR) associated with that booking. Beyond Experiences has no control over this process and is not responsible for arranging alternative bookings for the user. In this case, the cancellation penalty will be in accordance with the applicable airline rules.
Please note that any changes made to an existing booking will be subject to charges imposed by the respective airline, in addition to the service fee charged by BEYOND EXPERIENCES. The User must pay the applicable charges for any modifications or alterations made to an existing booking. It is important to note that the charges may vary depending on the airline's policy and fare class.
Refunds and cancellations will be processed according to the airline's rules. Contact the airline directly for refunds and cancellations. The convenience fee paid to BEYOND EXPERIENCES is non-refundable. Notify BEYOND EXPERIENCES with valid documentation via email or phone if canceling directly with the airline. The processing time for refunds may vary. BEYOND EXPERIENCES service fee will be deducted from the refund. The same account will be credited for the refund. Upfront discount and promo code discount will be deducted from the refund amount for partially utilized tickets.
Hotels Term
BEYOND EXPERIENCES serves as a facilitator by providing an online platform for users to select and book a variety of accommodations, including hotels, homestays, bed and breakfast stays, farmhouses, and other alternative lodging options.
Please note that the information provided on our website regarding the hotels, including their category, images, room types, amenities, and facilities, is based on the information provided to us by the hotels themselves. This information is provided for reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancy between the website pictures and the actual settings of the hotel, the user should bring it to the hotel's attention directly. The user and the hotel can then work together to resolve the issue. Please note that BEYOND EXPERIENCES will not be held responsible or liable for such discrepancies.
When BEYOND EXPERIENCES issues a hotel booking voucher to a user, it is based solely on the information provided or updated by the hotel regarding inventory availability.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES will not be held liable for the hotel's failure to accommodate the user with a confirmed booking, any insufficiency in services, or any other service-related issues.
If a hotel denies check-in for any reason, such as overbooking, system or technical errors, or room unavailability, BEYOND EXPERIENCES' liability will be limited to either providing a similar alternate accommodation (subject to availability at that time) or refunding the booking amount to the user.
The user with the hotel should directly resolve any other service-related issues.
Hotels decide who they admit. They may refuse unmarried or unrelated couples and require ID.
BEYOND EXPERIENCES has no control over this, and won't refund any check-in refusals.
You are liable for any damage caused by you or your guests to the hotel's property.
Hotel will determine the extent and amount of damage, and BEYOND EXPERIENCES will not intervene.
Primary guest must be 18+.
Valid ID & address proof required for check-in.
Hotel check-in/out timings as per policy.
Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & may cost extra.
Your booking amount is only for your stay at the hotel. Additional services like laundry, room service, internet, telephone, extra food, drinks, beverages, etc. must be paid directly to the hotel.
During festive periods, hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge, which must be settled directly with the hotel. BEYOND EXPERIENCES will not have control over waiving these charges
When booking a hotel on BEYOND EXPERIENCES' website, you have two payment options: "Prepaid" or "Pay at hotel".
With the prepaid option, you pay the full booking amount at the time of booking.
Some hotels may allow a partial payment at the time of booking confirmation.
Payment can be made in AED or any other foreign currency specified.
Some hotels may require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover additional expenses.
With the "Pay at hotel" option, you pay the full amount at check-in in the local or another currency.
