Itinerary
Today marks the start of your adventure as you arrive in Chandigarh, the beautifully planned city known for its modern architecture and green spaces. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel. After settling in, you'll meet your bikes and get familiar with the ride ahead. This day will focus on preparation and rest, ensuring you're all set for the exciting journey ahead.
Breakfast at hotel.Set off from Chandigarh, heading into the scenic Himachal Pradesh. As you ascend through lush green hills and winding roads, you'll reach Narkanda at 2708 meters, known for its apple orchards. Narkanda offers a beautiful view of the snow-capped peaks and is a tranquil place to unwind. It’s the perfect start to your adventure in the foothills of the Himalayas.
Breakfast at hotel.Today, you ride deeper into the heart of Himachal Pradesh, towards the Baspa Valley, where Sangla awaits you. This area is known for its untouched beauty and typical Himachali culture, with terraced fields, quaint villages, and lush landscapes. The ride is an immersive experience into rural Himalayan life, where you can enjoy the calm and serenity that Sangla and nearby Chitkul have to offer.
Collapse Day 1 ItineraryAfter a short detour to Chitkul, the last village before Tibet, you’ll witness one of the cleanest and most serene environments in India. Chitkul’s picturesque surroundings and Tibetan influence make it a unique destination. From there, you’ll continue your journey to Kalpa, a charming village known for its apple orchards and views of the majestic Kinnaur Kailash range. The ride is refreshing, taking you through beautiful mountain roads.
Breakfast at hotel .Today, you enter the arid, high-altitude landscape of Spiti Valley. Your journey takes you via Nako, a beautiful village with a historic monastery, bekfore heading toward Kaza (3800 meters). Kaza, the administrative headquarters of Spiti, is an incredible place surrounded by stark mountains and vast open landscapes. You'll pass remote villages, each showcasing a traditional way of life.

You’ll visit Kibber, one of the highest motorable villages in the world, and Langza, where you can spot fossils from the Tethys Sea. Don't miss Hikkim, home to the highest post office in the world! This day offers an opportunity to experience the unique Tibetan Buddhist culture, with monasteries dotting the landscape, and take in the stark beauty of Spiti.
Collapse Day 1 ItineraryBreakfast at the hotel .The ride today is truly adventurous, as you head towards the famous Kunzum Pass. This challenging
mountain pass, situated at an altitude of 4,551 meters, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding
peaks. After crossing the pass, you'll reach the stunning Chandrataal Lake, known for its crescent
shape and crystal-clear waters. If camps are in place this year, you’ll enjoy an overnight stay near the
lake, surrounded by nature’s untouched beauty. Otherwise, you'll ride on to Jispa for the night.
Breakfast at the hotel .Today, you'll descend from the high mountain terrain and head towards the popular tourist town of
Manali. The ride takes you through the newly constructed Atal Tunnel, which bypasses the treacherous Rohtang Pass. This tunnel, the longest in India, makes the journey safer and faster. Once in Manali, you can relax and enjoy this vibrant hill station known for its adventure activities and scenic beauty.
Breakfast at the hotel. The last day of your ride starts early as you embark on a scenic drive back to Chandigarh. The return journey through the picturesque hills offers a perfect way to reflect on the adventure you've had. After dropping off your bikes, you’ll check into your hotel for the night and have some time to unwind and relax.
After breakfast, enjoy some free time to explore Chandigarh or do some last-minute shopping. Later,you’ll be transferred to the airport to catch your departure flight, marking the end of an unforgettable road trip through the stunning Himalayas.

Travel Tips
• All foreign nationals must carry valid identification at all times. International Drivers Permit / Valid driving licence is mandatory for the motorcyclists.
• It is mandatory for all tourists to carry their booking voucher with them.
• All personal expenses will be the responsibility of the tourists.
• Any optional tours/activities requested on free days will not be included as part of the package.
• Meals are as per inclusions mentioned.

Payment Policy:
Full payment will be required at the time of booking the tour and services.
Cancellation Policy:
- 45+ days before travel: full refund after deduction of non-refundable deposit
- 45-30 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
- 0-30 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee
- Air tickets, visas, and travel insurance services are non-refundable (if applicable) and subject to 100% cancellation charges.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via bank transfer or cheque payment after the agency acknowledges the cancellation in writing.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Terms: The trip cost must be paid in full before the trip begins. If payment is pending, the trip may be cancelled.
Travel Documentation and Visas: Each participant is responsible for having valid travel documents and meeting immigration requirements before the departure date. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
Travel Insurance: Our insurance does not cover financial loss due to Force Majeure conditions (such as COVID-19). To cover this risk, an additional insurance policy will need to be purchased.
Meals: Meals provided during the trip are outlined in the itinerary as Breakfast [B], Lunch [L], or Dinner [D].
VAT: All programs outside the UAE will be zero-rated based on current VAT guidelines. Any changes in the guidelines will result in a change in pricing.
Force Majeure Events: We cannot be held liable or provide compensation for any damage, loss, or expense caused by Force Majeure events.
ROE: The exchange rate will be calculated at the time of final payment.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 15:00 hours, and check-out time is 12:00 hours. In case of early check-in or late check-out, there will be a supplement cost borne by the guest.
Room Upgrades: The given package cost is based on a basic first-category room. If guests want to upgrade their room category, they will need to pay a supplement cost.
Sightseeing: During sightseeing, the driver will try to park as close as possible. Guests may need to walk or arrange their own transfer if required.
Vehicle Breakdown: In case of vehicle breakdown, we will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible. However, there will be no refund for any inconvenience caused.
Unattended Items: Please do not leave any unattended items in the vehicle while leaving. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
Increased Costs: Any increase in visa fees, airfare, fuel prices, or changes in government regulations and taxes will affect the tour cost.
Deportation: We will not be responsible for any deportation due to immigration and customs clearance. There will be no refund for the tour package.
Optional Sightseeing: Any optional sightseeing must be pre-booked with an additional cost.
Unutilized Services: There will be no refund for any unutilized services.
Personal Expenses: Itinerary cost does not include any personal expenses such as tips, miscellaneous expenses, laundry, liquor, porterage, etc.
International Tour: International guests must reach the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
